CityWide Small Business is a Certified Development Company (CDC) of the U. S. Small Business Administration (SBA). As the region’s oldest CDC, CityWide Small Business provides fixed asset financing through the SBA 504 loan program. Typical projects include commercial real estate (acquisition or renovation) and the acquisition of (new or used) machinery and equipment.
