Dayton, Ohio – CityWide Development Corporation announced today that the Dayton Region New Market Fund, a qualified Community Development Entity that CityWide sponsors, has received an allocation of $11,000,000 from the US Treasury in New Market Tax Credits. DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Dayton city officials showed off the first of many foreclosed homes they are working on remodeling and then putting on the market.
Crews opened 11 Bradford Street in Dayton’s South Park Neighborhood on Thursday.
The once-foreclosed property was bought by the city’s development division a year ago.
