2012 Home Buyer Class Schedule

Classes are held throughout the year. The course consists of a series of three weeks of classes on consecutive Tuesday evenings. Saturday mornings the classes will be held for two consecutive weeks. Completion of the course will result in a certificate.

The cost of the series is $40.00 per household, which includes all the private counseling that you may need to achieve your goal of home ownership. Pre-registration is recommended. Directions

The classes are held at the HomeOwnership Center located at 205 East First Street. The tan brick 2 story building is located at the northeast corner of East First and St. Clair – one block from the Dayton Dragons stadium and Riverscape MetroPark. There is free parking at the rear of the building – go north on Patterson Blvd. past the stadium, turn left on Monument, left on St. Clair, and enter the parking lot on the left just past QCR Imaging. There is also free metered parking available after 6 pm on weekdays and free on Saturdays. The Homeownership Center’s entrance is on First Street.
