  Economic Development Director Brian Heitkamp joined CityWide Development in 2002 and has been a steady contributor to Dayton’s business community ever since. In his current role, Brian actively oversees all economic development lending programs, as well as manages the business development staff. Brian also acts as an underwriter for commercial and mixed use construction projects. He serves on board for the Miami Valley Venture Association. Brian’s extensive background in financial advising has been a driving factor for his success with CityWide, including Moeller & Company Financial, UBS PaineWebber, and Fifth Third Bank. Brian is a proud graduate of the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

  Caitlin Bortolotto Krebs has been a member of the CityWide Development team since 2007. As the organization’s business development officer, Caitlin works closely with local business owners to devise financing solutions to help them grow and expand their companies. Caitlin has a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s in Political Science, both from the University of Dayton. Her past experience includes a Congressional internship in Washington D.C. and a grant associate internship with the Mathile Family Foundation in Dayton. With a passion for community and organizational development, Caitlin joined CityWide after working for the University of Dayton and the Kettering Foundation focused on citizen and civic participation. Caitlin and her husband John have a daughter, Nora. Outside the office, she is an active member of the Junior League of Dayton and serves on the Dayton Ballet marketing committee.
